Let the good times roll at Skull’s Rainbow Room!

 

From March 4th-9th, we’re serving up Mardi Gras specials alongside our regular menu, bringing the bold flavors of Louisiana to the heart of Nashville. Sip on the Oh, Louisiana!, a rich blend of Cognac, Mezcal, ​Absinthe, ​Agave​, Peychaud's and ​grapefruit bitters or enjoy the smooth and spiced King’s Cocktail, crafted with tequila, almond, cinnamon and housemade horchata. Indulge in Gator Medallions, served with fried green tomatoes and topped with Abigail sauce or dive into a hearty plate of Crawfish Étouffée, paired with fried okra and ​cajun street corn.

 

And for those joining us for brunch ​Sunday March 9, don’t miss our Sheet Pan Pancakes baked with bananas, strawberries and blueberries then drizzled with bourbon maple syrup.
