Chef Gannon Leary has more than 28 years experience in the food and beverage industry. Hailing from Long Beach, Mississippi, Leary attributes his love and passion for cooking to his mother. Cooking Coastal cuisine was art to her, and she insisted that the ingredients be fresh.
Gannon has honed his culinary skills in some of the best restaurants in the country, from New Orleans to Colorado and along the Mississippi and Alabama coasts. Gannon brings his passion for food to Skull’s Rainbow Room in Printers Alley.
